This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Gozen Shun/ (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

YOUR RIGHTS

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Although the information we collect is described in greater detail, the categories of Personal Information that we have collected – as described by the CCPA – including in the past 12 months are:

D. Right to Non-Discrimination
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of any of your rights.
E. Financial Incentives
Financial incentives are programs, benefits, or other offerings, including payments to consumers as compensation, for the disclosure, deletion, or sale of personal information about them. We offer a number of promotions and other incentives at any given time, each with its own individual terms. We generally do not treat consumers differently if they exercise a right under California law. F. Shine the Light
If you are a California resident, you may ask Gozen Shun for a notice describing what categories of personal information we share with third parties or affiliates for those third parties or affiliates’ direct marketing purposes and identify the name and address of the third parties that received such personal information. Please submit a written request to the address provided below and specify you want a copy of your California Shine the Light Notice. We may require additional information from you to allow us to verify your identity and are only required to respond to requests once during any calendar year.
G. Consumer Affairs

We do not sell Personal Information as defined under Nevada law.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
This includes any information that you use to make a purchase, such as your credit card details (cardholder name, card number, expiration date, etc.), gift card information, check, or other forms of payment (if such are made available). This also includes the billing name and address associated with your form of payment. We only collect payment information for purchases (whether your purchase is made in-store, online, or by phone). If you create an account with us, your payment information (along with your purchase history and other related preferences) may be stored under your account profile.
